Balai is a dive resort in San Teodoro (Anilao) Mabini, Batangas established in 1999 (if I recall correctly) by a handful of local divers and instructors. They offer airconditioned and non-aircon rooms and buffet meals as a package.

The 25th International Coastal Cleanup will be held on the 17th of September 2011 starting at 9:00am at our venue sponsor Sea's Spring Resort in Mainit (Anilao), Mabini Batangas. Volunteer cleanup divers and non divers are invited to join. A cocktail party will be held after the day's festivities.
Caleruega Church, Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines (near boundary with Tagaytay). Just follow the National Highway through Tagaytay until you reach the boundary of Batangas. Church is on the left side inside the old Batulao Complex.
Anilao weekend (March 31, 2007) diving with long time friends whom I have seldom seen the past couple of years... Miguel aka Modhel, Mark aka Sweetheart, Linda and Aina. Miss Chiara didn't dive because of recent dental surgery. Sites include Sombrero and Dari Laut.
