Balai Anilao Dive Resort Impressions

Balai is a dive resort in San Teodoro (Anilao) Mabini, Batangas established in 1999 (if I recall correctly) by a handful of local divers and instructors.  They offer airconditioned and non-aircon rooms and buffet meals as a package.

What's good:

  • Price is right
  • Polite and helpful staff
  • Shore dive near Bebots dive site

What's not so good:

  • Difficult parking
  • Facility is getting a bit old
